math girl: these are just my random thoughts. in my attempt to take my yoga practice to a deeper level, i began teacher training. in the training, we were asked to being journaling. it proved to be very cathartic for me. my hand written journal did not seem to be enough so i have decided to begin blogging. so, i guess it is more like e-journaling?
